VENI CREATOR (LIVE !)

On june 29th 1980, the organist Jean DAHAIS and I came to give our first concert in the cathedral of Altenberg, in Germany.

From this date on a tradition was born : each year, on Whit Monday, we come back to play at Altenberg :
we have a rendezvous with a large audience of people known or unknown to us who faithfully come to us to show their attachment encouraging us to continue our music.

This year, in 1999, we meet again to celebrate together an anniversary : our 20th year of concerts at Altenberg !

This album "veni creator" marks this event : it presents a selection of live recordings taken during some of these concerts.

The spiritual, deep and heart warming atmosphere lends its charm to this intemporal site, the vibrant or sometimes nostalgie voice of my Pan-pipes, the power or the murmur of the famous Klais organ, the blackbird that spontaneously joins us, the quiet echos from the fountain, join together on these tracks to give a moving tribute to Altenberg.
